Project background
Jamcore already had a website previously with the design team we conducted different workshops and different UX proposals. We also had to understand the business from the founder's perspective to help improve the user experience. We conducted different research, setting up a mood board to try to find the exact direction that we felt would work great in this industry.
Our responsibility
As the previous website was not performing well, our main responsibility was to create a new user experience that would create traffic back to the website, so we could work closely with the developer team to understand if there were any barriers we should be conserved about.
Conclusion
We were satisfied with the result, the main goal was achieved and the traffic has been improved resulting in more leads to the company which is according to us where we think User Interface and User Experience processes are very important to set and to maintain.
